Seated on a hill at Neos Marmaras, located about 300 m. from the beach, the two-floor apartment belongs to an 8 apartment complex.
It can welcome up to 5 people and 1 small child (up to 8 years old).
It is airy and bright and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the hills.

This apartment is under renovation at the moment, new pictures will be uploaded in March. Please stay tuned, since its view is unique and you should not miss your chance to book it.

New master bathroom, totally new master bedroom and upstairs living room will be ready by end of February.
