Terms & Conditions – Alterra Vita B&B / Alterra Vita Apartments

Payments, Deposits & Cancellation

  • Deposit payment: A 30% deposit of the total booking fee -including taxes- is required to secure your reservation. Deposit is to be paid within 3 days from the booking date. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes. Alterra Vita reserves the right to cancel your booking in case you do not conform with the deposit payment details as stated above.
  • Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged and deposit will be fully refunded (minus any bank expenses). However, for Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled at least 60 days before arrival the deposit amount would not be refunded.

Operational Issues & Further Information

  • Check in time: after 15:00, check out time: 12:00. Check outs after 12:00 hours are subject to charge.
  • Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. Please note that we are not in a position to accept personal checks and credit/debit cards at our premises.
  • The room tariff is not inclusive of airport transfer. However, should you require any facilitation for that please feel free to contact us.
  • Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges will be applied
  • All children are welcomed. Children under 2 year stay free of charge at baby cots/cribs. Extra beds if required are charged for EUR 10 per night.
  • Behavior & Smoking: Guests will not perform disturbing, unhealthy, noxious, hazardous or illicit acts. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor spaces. Each time smoking will be detected in non-smoking areas or rooms, a cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be charged.
  • E-mails: By making a reservation you agree to receive (i) one or more emails before the date of your arrival at the accommodation, giving confirmation of the booking and possible information on your destination and various suggestions and offers concerning your booking and destination, and (ii) an email after your stay, with the invitation to give your feedback on your stay. Also, (iii) your email will be added to our mailing list but you always have the right to unsubscribe since every legitimate email to be sent by us will have a visible unsubscribe mechanism.
